Cancellation Policy
l kindly ask clients to notify me as soon as possible if there is a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. The deposit is transferable ONE time only if the request is made at least 72 hours before the appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling after the 72-hour window will result in the deposit being forfeited, necessitating a new deposit for rescheduling.
Rescheduling must be done within 30 days; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. A second rescheduling will require a new deposit.
I understand things happen
in life but more than 2 no shows and 3 cancellations in a row will result in no future bookings .
